I invite you to stay as my guest in my lovely Wairarapa homestay which overlooks the Waiohine River , with superb views of the Rimutaka Hills and the Tararua Mountains, an easy drive or train ride from Wellington. The site, an olive grove in the heart of dairy country, is very peaceful except for birdsong and the occasional sound of nearby farm animals. Great place for relaxing under the beautiful old totara trees, walking beside the river or watching small children play in the spacious grounds, but also close to many enjoyable activities.
